Leave the computer. Set a timer for fifteen minutes. Come back to the computer and list all the things that you did in that time.
I just did this and this is what I achieved:
emptied washing machine
filled drier
refilled washing machine
cleared away fleishig dishes from drainer
emptied dishwasher
cleaned dishwasher filter
refilled dishwasher
Now I'm going to play again!

A bit more than fifteen minutes:
cleared off top of dishwasher
wiped down dishwasher
made a few telephone calls
spoke to a neighbor
copied file from computer to mp3
