I’m looking for an urn that easy to use and has an option for adding water on yom tov. Preferably not hot to the touch. TIA

Swan.
But they are hot to the touch.
I have chefs kitchen and looks super smart in my kitchen and doesnt get v hot but you cant refill.

We use Hamilton beach. You just need to be careful not to add too much water at once that the light turns off on yt. The outside is hot though

Eurolux! hands down.
And if you live in monsey you can go to their office if you have any issues with the urn and they will fix or replace it for you

Do any of these not get the metal taste after using for a while. We use only on shabbat and they barely last a year before I start taking metallic water
