My kids are young (toddler age) and I want to give them healthier snacks instead of packaged snacks ... would love ideas.
I don't like to give too much fruit because they get diarhea from it, so I'll offer it but not too much. And veggies they don't really like, though I'm working on that.
what are healthy options? (including vegetables - I want to introduce them to more, maybe they'll start liking it)

I guess what's your definition of healthy ? But for me popcorn, pretzels , vegi straws, granola bars, made good bars and like I said in the other thread I bake a lot. So muffins, oatmeal cookies... I freeze them in little zip lock bags and have them ready to go

You could try thin slices of veggies with ranch dip
Pickles are a hit with my tots
Avocados and/or tomatoes with some seasoning or dressing. Like salt and pepper and lemon juice or vinegar
You can make different kinds of homemade chips. I've looked at recipes, they tend to involve keeping the oven at 200F for a while to dehydrate. Roasted chickpeas with spices are also apparently really good.
