Any brands or links you'd recommend for very narrow feet that can't wear medium size shoes?Thanx!

Have you tried slingback over regular heels?

I usually get shoes with a strap- either a Mary Jane type or a D’Orsay pump with a strap. My heels are too narrow to get away with anything else.

Haven’t tried their heels but I have boots and flats from Sam Edelman and they work so well with my narrow feet. I would assume the heels would work too

I have tiny feet and my heels are practically non existent. I only wear high heels with an ankle strap. Nothing else works.

Slingbacks were better for my narrow feet. But I gave up heels altogether about 7 years ago.

Try Sam Edelman
I have several pairs and love them all
Their singback might work even better for you

I don't see narrow shoes on their site.
Take it from someone who's dealt with narrow feet for more years than most people on this site have been alive. If you wear a double-A or narrower width, the words "run narrow" are meaningless.
Unless the shoe is truly narrow, you'll leave them behind you as you walk down the sidewalk.
