It's funny that this thread came up now.
When the thread was started I had never heard this word. I have 3 teen boys but we are chassidish (lite).

My 18 year old is in a litvish yeshiva this year and just this weekend, on his off shabbos at home, he casually threw in the word kreech somewhere in the conversation.
I immediately thought of this thread and had such a great laugh!

So thanks PKL for the heads up.

I have the yellow book too! We got rid of many books over the years, but not this one.
She was really funny. I can't think of anyone else quite like her.
Mordechai Shmutter is also really funny, though in a different way.
