What to get for a teenager who likes interior layout

I have a kid who loves to see building plans, layout of rooms, floors, etc. and DC also constantly makes their own - school buildings, shuls, houses. I have graph paper that DC uses and the creativity comes forth. I'm looking to get DC a gift that will continue to encourage this hobby, maybe a bit more professionally but with no pressure obviously (im thinking it would make a great parnassah so why not)

Does anyone have any ideas of a gift such a DC would appreciate?

DC is 14 and doesn't have access to a computer. Anything else?

When I was younger I used to love studying layouts in house plan magazines and books. Now I do space planning and kitchen design professionally.

Does DC have good pencils/ruler/compass /protractor/collected pencils/markers/sketch pad/nice case? Would DC be interested in such?
