Livia makes me think of Livia Bitton Jackson! Although I don't know if that's the name she was given, or chose for herself, later. The very first Holocaust memoir she wrote was called "Ellie" I think.

Meaning there’s more than one kid in the class with that name, so they need to use the first letter of the last name to differentiate- sara a. sara b. sara c.

It’s the first letter of their surname. So if there were 3 Estis they’re referred to as Esti G, Esti A, Esti M etc.

Written אוריין it is Aramaic for the written Torah.

If it's spelled אוריאן it's more likely the parents had the French meaning (I think sunrise) in mind.

These are uncommon names by chassidish even if used, or if I know people with these names.

I also know people with Israeli names but these people are chassidish so it's uncommon to hear in these circles like Gila, Yaffa, Chagit, Mazal, chasida They are sefardi or Israeli that married chassidish, but live in America.

I also know A Hodaya which I never heard name before.
I know a Simcha for a girl who married chassidish.
