I’m keeping this anonymous bc I’ve given out this recipe to lots of ppl
1 large bunch cilantro
1 large garlic bulb
10 hot pepper with the seeds. Choose the ones you like. I like jalapeño, sirano, or chili peppers I’d keep to green so it stays green and not brown. If you like more spicy add more peppers, less spicy, less peppers.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tasp black pepper
Process till it’s the consistency you like.
Freeze in small jars.
Add Extra virgin olive oil before serving.
If you don’t plan to freeze it, add the oil and mix it in well before serving.
It lasts in the fridge a few weeks.

My Family says Tuv Taam Schug is the best. no pieces.
And we use schug alot.

What do you people eat schug with? I like it on toast with cream cheese and schug on top. I'd like to get more ideas because I love schug.

my husband eats green one with eggs, says it is fresh and herby (I think ta'amti brand- may have pieces in it)

Chumus
Quinoa salad
Salmon
Steak
