• Undiagnosed anxiety/OCD
• Overall hashkafa (geared to frum married women that is more yeshivish and RW)
• Parsha

Sorry for my tall list.
It could be on any podcast (non-jewish or Jewish for the first 2), hotline (such as chayeinu), shiur (such as Torah anytime...) etc that I can listen when driving or doing housework....

Any recommendations would be helpful!

I believe that's what she was referring too... I started listening to them and she sounds good. I would skip probably to the chuptzah one (I'm doing it from beginning to end...) Since I felt the others were just introduction...

Also if anyone has more ideas, keep em coming!

I'm guessing she meant YouTube. He lived many years ago. Just found some clips he is great! (Teacher of the authors of how to talk so kids will listen)
