I’m remodelling my kitchen and I’m thinking of changing my range for a built in oven because it’s hard for me to reach down to the oven and I bake a lot, want a gas one - any good recommendation? With shabat mode or some way of putting it on in yom tov…

Why do you want a gas oven. Most wall ovens are electric so your choices would be quite limited.
Most people prefer electric ovens because the heat is steadier. The better stoves are generally dual fuel with gas jobs and electric oven.

Most people I know enjoy their gas oven better, it heats quicker and is a moister heat.
