I’m looking for a new psychiatrist for my son. I’m hoping to find someone who believes in medicine but also sees the full picture and offers other creative ideas too, such as supplements or specific therapies. My son is very hard to figure out and pin down to a specific diagnosis. The doctor needs to offer telehealth appointments (unless he magically happens to be in my city, but I unfortunately doubt that). As much as I hate telehealth, his current psychiatrist is STILL seeing him remotely as he refuses to see unvaccinated patients in his office. Yeah, big strike against him.

What state are you in? If you are in Maryland there's one I know of but main thing is not psychiatric drugs, main thing is supplements etc. Let me know if this is applicable.

Dr. Heffner in Maryland sees patients remotely but is also female.

I hadn’t seen him yet but I’m trying out Rabbi Dr Price, in monsey NY. Was told he is more integrative and combines holistic with meds. Don’t have feedback yet but maybe someone else can chime in.

Is it Richard Louis Price?
Does he work with adults too or only kids?

Does anyone have personal experience with him? Is he a top rated psychiatrist? I like the idea of combining meds with natural modalities.

Same Dr as mentioned above. Dr Heffner. She only sees patients in Maryland, even when it's remote Bec she's only licensed to practice in MD afaik
