Does anyone know about the first time homebuyer grants you can receive in NJ and what the qualifications are?

You can get a first time grant through gov and also your bank (mortgage lender) shop around to see who gives the best grants (our first house we ended up not having to pay closing costs and even walked away from the closing with a nice amount of money because we BH got both grants

Call LRRC. We are in process and went with Lakeland bc offering low mortgage rates for first time buyers..no closing grants but this is waayy more money. LRRC said closing grants are for Lakewood and we are buying in manchester
