Tis the season 🤦‍♀️
Last year my toddler had a runny nose from November all the way until May.
His nose has been a faucet the past few weeks. What can I do about it?

Move to Florida, or any other warm climate.

But seriously, no, that's what the winter season is all about.

I give him vitamin c every day.
It’s ok to give elderberry every day? Does it have side effects?

Try stopping dairy for 1 week and see if it helps.
Replace milk with rice or almond milk and no other dairy products.

For the most part. A bad cold still overrides it, but we get breaks between the colds now and they're no longer landing her on an inhaler

1 small teaspoon mixed with juice is good every day or even every 2 days.
Also as mentioned above, stopping dairy is a great start.

Had the same thing with a child. all those vitamins and non-dairy diets dont help either.
By me it started in the winter and was the same in the summer too.
Check with a professional ENT. Tubes can help or wait patiently till he outgrows it. I chose the 2nd Smile

Suri Sprei posted on Instagram a very good vitamin c and explicitly said the remedy is in the dosage she recommended.
