My babysitter is great and at the beginning of this year my baby was the only one. Babysitter is getting on in her years ka"h so she's not going out much anyways so to her it was worth it to take my baby a few hours a day.
But now she has since had two more babies sign up.
She said her maximum is 3 so she's stopping with this last one, but my baby is not getting the same care as before and I'm a little bummed.

My baby is 9 months the others are 3 months and 6 weeks. So my baby for sure needs less than before but one of the reasons I agreed to go to work and leave my baby was that she was the only one.

I'm not sure what to do now, I'm not feeling so confident sending her even though I really like the care she has been getting from this woman up until this point. There is no option to send her elsewhere, all other groups have tons of kids.

3 babies sounds like an ideal set up. Your baby had the sitter to himself until now, and I understand you are upset about the extra kids. But at 9 months, he doesnt need as much care as he is probably taking longer naps and spending some time playing. I wouldnt stop working in this situation, as long as the sitter doesnt take any more kids.
Unless she promised she would babysit for you exclusively, then you may have the right to request she respects her commitment until the end of the school year at least.

What was the arrangement to begin with? Was it supposed to be private babysitting? Did you know she might take more? That makes all the difference.

I was sending only 3 hours a day, so I knew she wanted someone full time. But I didn't think it would get to 3. I just assumed shed take one more. But there was nothing discussed

No she didn't promise to me exclusively. And I knew she wanted full time (I only send 3 hours a day). I just loved my baby being the only one.

At 9 months your baby is ready to see some more faces daily. It’s not something to worry about. Especially if she’s only taking a total of 3.

You're saying it as if she took 8 or 10!

Are you paying the same amount for less care?
What was the initial agreement?

If you aren't paying her enough to make it worth her while to work to part-time, your options are to find a nanny (a one on one babysitter) or suck it up. 3 hours a day is way too minimal to believe that it would work for her long term, unless you're paying her a significant amount.

3 babies is very doable. It is probably better for your baby to be with three. She will still be getting the most attention since she can do things.
The other babies are very little and sleep a lot more. It actually sounds like an ideal situation to me.
I’d ask her if she’s planning on taking more.

I'm not sure what you were expecting. The only way she wouldn't take more is if you were paying her for exclusivity. There are no babysitters who take one child only at a standard price.

3 kids is perfectly doable even for a slightly older lady. Your child will be fine, maybe even better for the company.

Really though I don’t think it’s a big deal

You have no reason to expect anything in this case

It was always the same price per hour. No agreement. I always knew she wanted more.
