I just got my tuition bill for next year - $36,500 for 3 kids. Oy.
When I was in high school (in the late 1980's) tuition was $6,000. Now it's about 3 times that.
I'm depressed.

when I was in school, it was 20% of what you paid. have you ever heard of inflation?

The inflation rate the last ten or so years has been around 1.5%. Before that it wasn't that much higher. Tuition could have gone up by 20% or even 50% in 20 years - but by 200%??

I pay around 11,000 dollars it payes to live in hickvile and where u can pay on a sliding skale. it for 5 kids though.!!!!and I still can't afford it.
