I didn't see anything halfway decent that cheap unless you want a Chromebook.
What do you mean by higher gb? You're just concerned about physical storage space?
What do you use it for, as the processor and memory affect the daily operation of it.

It's a laptop I use just for shopping and browsing, YouTube. Should have enough gb for pictures

Not sure if they have sales but I recently got a refurbished laptop from back market and I'm very happy with it, they also have excellent customer service and good return policy
And I think you can even trade in devices for a discount

I would get a Chromebook for that and use Google for storage (I pay like $20/year)
