My friend shared with me that she has really bad ppd. I want to send her a care package. Any ideas what I should send? I would like to spend around $50

Sigh. Yes she’s not feeling well, she’s in bed all day and not managing. But I used is as a short title. Can we just answer my question and not make this into a whole thing?
