I got a pocketbook that must have come from a flooded or wet house. How do you get rid of the smell? Thanks.

Keep an open box of baking soda in the bag for a week (it absorbs moisture and odors). Be careful not to spill it, or better yet buy the box with the semi open vents or the filled balls.
