I've got lots of extras, looking for ideas of recipes to make with them? Thanks

Do you mean pureed apples, carrots, sweet potato, butternut squash?

Pureed fruits can be great in cakes (look for a cake recipe that calls for applesauce and use any pureed fruit).
Combine a few jars of butternut and sweet potato. Add same amount of water as pureed veggies. Season with frozen sauteed onions or onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, until the flavor really pops. Heat through until it bubbles. Ladel in to bowls and enjoy your soup.
You can use above instead of tomato sauce to cook stuffed cabbage in and things like that.
I personally would not use the grain cereals for adults. Find someone to donate them to.

Grain cereals are great for breading shnitzel (use in place of flour dredge) and thickening soup

When I had leftover baby cereal, I melted in chocolate chips and peanut butter. I loved it

I poured some into a container, added water and a sweetener to the right consistency. I mixed chocolate chips and peanut butter and put it in the microwave. With paper towels underneath to catch any spills

Carrot baby jars can be used to make carrot muffins. I used to have a recipe. You can for sure find one online. It's delicious!
