I’ve come to the realization that I will absolutely not do exercise if somebody doesn’t show up at my door and make me do it.
I am in desperate need to work out. I also hate it.😝
Can anyone help me with advice? Ideas? I’m in Brooklyn and live in a tiny one bedroom apartment so I don’t even know if it’s an option to have someone here.

Don't live in your area so can't recommend anyone but yes, you can work out in your small apartment most likely. No need for fancy gym equipment. I worked out at home with a trainer for a few years. All I had was a yoga mat. She brought some weights, medicine balls, tension elastics, a TRX that went over the front door, boxing gloves and a few other goodies when she came.
