Im on a special diet only allowed a protein, soup and veg for supper. I need healthy ideas for soups, proteins and veg that's easy prep or freezer friendly.

Does it matter what kinds of soups? Can it have barley, legumes, etc?
soups:
mushroom barley soup with meat
pea soup with meat
chicken soup with chicken
vegetable soup with lentils
lentil soup with beans
bean stew
vegetarian or meat chili with beans
proteins:
salmon
chicken fingers
chopped meat with peppers
burgers
tofu stir fry with veggies

I either prepare big pots of soup and use throughout the week or I freeze portions for later.
Same with most of the proteins, except for tofu. I prepare tofu fresh, bit use a bag of frozen stir fry veggies...takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Fresh:
Stir fry veg then add eggs for omelet
Liver with fresh shredded cabbage
Can freeze:
Veg soups
Shredded veg or cream soups..
FryOnion squash carrots kohlrabi or celeriac or butternut squash or broccoli or cauliflower.
Add water to cover and cook till soft. Blend with hand blender.
You can use frozen veg for shortcut
Fresh salads with cold cuts or chicken
Bake slices of zucchini, mushrooms and onions Add to lettuce.
You can swap zucchini for pasta in many dishes..
Add tomato sauce and cheese
Or Eggplant
Chickpeas
