I have never been to Trader Joe's . I keep on seeing hearing that ppl use their spices. I'd like to go and buy some to try out. What are your fave spices avail at trader Joe's? Also what else are they known to carry that is good?

Umami.
Though I just saw that a frum company has a mushroom spice that's probably similar.
Their Espresso rub.
I like the dill pickle spice.

truffle powder seasoning

I do prefer the seed distribution in the TJ's one to Kirkland.

I like their spices on chicken (I drizzle with oil first, and then sprinkle with the spice). Chili Lime, Umami, Garlicky Citrus, etc....
The Green Goddess is really good on salads.
I find that Bowl and Basket (Shoprite) has a line of spices that's also really good and similar to Trader Joes.
Also Aldis has a Kentucky something-or-other that is awesome on wings. Just the right amount of heat.
