Trying to be very frugal this month when it comes to groceries. I don’t typically think too deeply into what I buy. For the next little while, I MUST.
What are good staples to make sure I have on hand that are not too expensive? I’d rather not make pasta every night, as we are into healthy eating and protein.

We make sushi salad using canned salmon.
You can also make tacos out of beans and rice.
