Is there a good recipe for soup with minute steak? Or can I add minute steak to existing veggie soup?
I want to use minute steak and looking for one bowl idea. Anything easy would be helpful.

I’ve never heard of using minute steak in soup, it’s a thin cut and probably not the best for soup…
I make minute steaks baked in the oven, with sautéed mushrooms and onions, spices on top and a generous sprinkle of onion soup mix, and some water in bottom of pan…
