Looking for a book of gedolim stories good for a 6 y/o

Title says it all. Can you help? Most of the books I've seen are for an older age bracket and my son keeps asking for stories of tzaddikim.
Any recommendations?

I just want to say I'm so impressed that your son is asking for stories of Tzaddikim!
That seems like such a gorgeous chinuch in place already!
I would go to a sefarim store and ask for recommendations. There are so many story books of Tzaddikim these days.

My young girls love the stories from chazal series - Yosef Mokir Shabbos and R' Chanina ben Dosa and the Lost Chickens. Not exactly what you're probably looking for, but very nice picture books.
