How much do you spend on food a month?

So we're a family of 5 and spend about 2000 a month. IS that crazy? I don't even feel like we have lots of food... How much do you spend a month???

These days that’s totally normal. Prices went up like crazy. My grocery bills have close to doubled.

We are similar, 3000- 3500 ₪ (1000 $) 2 adults and 3 children, in Israel.
I always thought we are spending way too much due to mismanagement and lack of thriftiness, but now I see that Rappel and Shabbatiscoming quote similar numbers. Maybe it's not entirely our fault after all.

$700 two adults one picky baby. We spend a lot less than most ppl I know but neither of us are big eaters.

I spend around the same for same family size and we barely have enough food. It’s literally the bare basics.
OP, as crazy as it is, the amount you wrote makes sense.

Family of five- around $1500-1600 (and we get a decent amount of free food from my husbands job)

I prob spend several hundred on my kids yogurt alone🤣
