My DC has recently been so negative about everything. I know teenagers are not known for their positivity, but it is so hard to watch.
Any advice? Are there any books I should have available? What is the best way to deal with a teen that just doesn't seem to see the good?

Just be empathetic and normal. Don't try to talk your teen out of their feelings / bombard the negativity with positivity.
Continue taking an interest in the teen's life and spending some connection time, but also feel free to take breaks if it brings you down. Do things that fulfill you.
