You are appreciated for all you do.

Ive seen thank you for all you do. But can I write appreciated instead?

Is it correct?

You can write I appreciate all you do.
I think your version is correct grammatically, but I haven't really seen it used.

I find this version impersonal because instead of saying "I appreciate..." you're saying "you are appreciated..." which is really not telling the reader how you feel, just that someone out there appreciates them. Also passive voice tends to use more words than active, and active is a more dynamic voice.

By the way, if someone gave me a card that said this, I'd be grateful, and wouldn't think any of the above. I'm only writing this because you asked.

It's for a hs teacher. I don't feel like writing what I would write for elementary grade teachers. I want it kinda more formal.

I think you are thinking too much into it.
I am a HS teacher and however you say it, I would appreciate it.

I agree that you can write ‘I/we appreciate all you do’.
‘You are appreciated for all you do’ sounds a bit wordy to me.

Right, you are appreciated is passive. Use the active form,- "We appreciate everything you do."
Active writing makes the subject clear.

You are appreciated is grammatically correct but a bit cold and impersonal. Who appreciates? Some nameless, vague entity in the fog somewhere. "I appreciate" or "we appreciate" is not only clearer but warmer and more personal.

Pro writer here. I would say "I/everyone appreciate(s) everything you do."
