A few years ago, I heard something about the last day of Chanukah that I remember being really beautiful and I liked a lot, but I cannot remember the details. I'm wondering if someone can help me fill in the blanks.
It was the first time I had heard of the concept of the last day of Chanukah being something special, there was something about the fact that that last day there is no light from the menorah, but therefore... I'm not sure what else.
Anyone have any insight? I'd appreciate anything you can share on this topic!

zos chanuka is night #8 which symbolizes chutz mderech hateva. you can ask Hashem for anything and hopefully be granted your wish.
