With prices rising the way they are, I am constantly looking for ways to save money and spend less, as I'm sure many of you are.

Please share your best/favorite budget/money-saving hacks, tips and finds!

Say no to disposables.
Follow weekly advertising of special offers in grocery stores. I rip out ads, put them on the fridge and check them. You will see a pattern throughout the year what's in sale.
Shop pesach items right after pesach. Save for next year.
Try not to buy brand products if alternatives are cheaper.
Shop once a week only or even less (if possible)
Only buy in bulk things you absolutely do use on a regular basis and make sure it's a great price. Check exp. date.

1. Limit disposables. Use hard plastic cups or glasses for drinking instead of disposable. Crack eggs into small bowls instead of one time plastic.
Make sauces/dressings in reusable bowls as well.
2. Record all credit card transactions in a Google sheet. Tracking spending = accountability. If you want, you can give yourself a budget, but I find that the accountability doesn't require it.
3. Stock up on chicken/meat/fish at a good price and section into individual portion sizes. Family packs are cheaper than smaller packages.

I know this post is old, but I shop online using cashback sites, which means I make a percentage of cash back on most of my online shopping. Its not much, but it definitely adds up. I saved up for a few years and used the money to buy a new shaitel! You can PM me for the links.

1.) no echad paami
2.) budget your weekly/monthly expecces and keep track on excel or on paper
3.) set an exact budget boundary for groceries/toilletteries/clothes/toys/cleaning help etc.
4.) shop max. once per week: you will need lists, mealplans- otherwise this will be hard.
5.) cook from scratch

Set one day a week (or one day every two weeks) where you order from Amazon/ Target etc. That way you think about every purchase.
