What spices do I put on, and what temperature to bake it on and for how long?

I cut the challah into small pieces and put into a 9 x 13 pan. I then spray with cooking spray and add spices (Mrs dash, onion powder, garlic powder or whatever else you like.)

I preheat the oven to 350 and then put in the pan for about 6-8 minutes. I stir the croutons to make sure they're done on all sides and put back in for a few minutes more. At least that's how it works with my oven.

The ones from the 1st Bais Yaakov cook book are VERY good.

At work, so I can't give recipe. Maybe someone else can put it.

Reduce the salt by half though ... it was very salty with the full amount.

Here it is. Hope it's not too late.

5 c cubed challah (1 inch cubes)
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt (original says 1 tsp but it was way too salty for our taste)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp italian seasoning (if you don't have just google a recipe for it)

Oven @ 350 F

Mix salt and spices together.
Put challah cubes in large bowl and drizzle oil -- mix and drizzle again until all is used.
Sprinkle spices and mix well to coat.
Bake on baking sheet about 15 minutes or until golden.
