bought today for the first time.

how do you eat it?

its got pits.

I cant remove it from the pit only with teeth.

I want to put into salad or on bread but how?

tried with a knife to go all the way around but wont part - like a raw avocado.

is it raw?

is bella mix better ? which types are in the mix and how are black ones?

You eat them and spit out the pits. You can buy pitted ones too just you have to look for a kosher brand that has pitted, you can check for partana brand online. Make sure it has a hechsher

thanks! found them.

it says on the jar use within 4 days after opening.

is that true for all jars of olives like gefen etc.

I am really not careful with this. is it important? not healthy? to use for longer periods?

The gefen ones stays fresh for a while.
Their peppers in a jar have the same thing written. I wonder if it’s just a marketing technique or if it’s true..
