Recipe is on kosher.com and also in the best of kosher cookbook.
Is it supposed to be very very gooey inside or is it supposed to firm up at all? I lost track of what time it went into the oven and trying to decide whether to put it back. I let it cool for about 20 min and it still seems to be actual liquid inside which I bet is yummy but not sure if that's the intended outcome.

Yes the inside is a mushy fudge. It should bake for 50 minutes.
