5 minutes to prep and put into oven (with longer bake time), or 5 minutes total until it's on a plate?

Chicken and rice cassarole in the oven
In a pyrex (you can use disposable) put in one cup of rice. In a container mix 2 cups water salt, a heaping spoon of tomato paste- mix until completely dissolved. Taste and adjust salt to your liking- add any other spices and herbs you like. Pour on top of rice
You can add a 1/2 bag frozen peas and carrots if you like
Season chicken any way you like -
Gently place chicken pieces on top of rice
Try not to wash away spices
Foil tightly
Bake 350 1.5 hrs.
Check if rice is done
If not foil and bake longer
Before serving raise temp to 450 and bake until chicken has nice color

Sheet pan roasted veggies and boneless chicken thighs or salmon
Preheat oven to 450
Place parchment on sheet tray
Spread frozen California mix (broccoli, cauliflower mix)
Spray with oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mix and spread flat
Place in the oven while you prep the protein

Season protein - in a small bowl mix oil, paprika, salt, garlic powder , onion powder - oil should be enough to be saucy.
Dip your choice of protein until well coated and place protein between veggies
Pour any extra saucy oil on top of protein

Bake about 30 minutes (maybe less for salmon) check that protein is cooked through

I know not quite what you asked for but this is how to make a whole supper in 10 minutes flat.

Spread flour over a corel plate. Take sliced chicken cutlets that are cubed or thin and spread evenly all over the plate. Flip all the pieces over so both sides are somewhat floured. Put in the microwave for two and a half minutes.

Meanwhile take a box of near east couscous and put the requirement of water in a pot over a high flame to boil.

The timer beeps flip the chicken over and put it back in for another 2 and 1/2 minutes.

Put a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and duck sauce and a cup and mix.

The water should be boiling around this point so put in the couscous shut the flame and cover the pot.

When the timer beeps pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Cook for a few more minutes flipping halfway.

My microwave has the chicken 95% cooked before I put the sauce on, you may need to give it another 30 seconds if yours isn't.

Salmon, cauliflower or broccoli, and fries.

Place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and spices of your choice. Spice the fish generously with garlic powder, onion powder etc
You can add a squeeze of honey over salmon and cauliflower.

Bake for 20 minutes. The veg may need a little longer.

Mix mayonnaise+ketchup+teriyaki. Spread on fish fillets. Pour breadcrumbs on baking tray. Put fish on it. Pour more breadcrumbs on top. Spray with oil (or don't, will come out more dry.) Bake.
Rice in oven. (Don't know exact measurements). You can add veggies from can or frozen.
Orzo in oven.
Instant couscous.
Baked potatoes- cut potatoes in half, oil, spices, bake.
Any fish, or chicken, with spices or sauce in oven.
Split pea soup- sautee onions- that might take more than 5 minutes, but you can use canned or freeze ahead- add peas, water, spices. Cook. Same with red lentils.

Meat ziti- pour a box of pasta into a 9x13 pan, add crumbled ground beef (break up the chunks), a jar of sauce and then fill the jar 3/4-full depending how liquidy you like itwith water and pour over everything
Bake for 90 min at 350

Chicken in a bag- if you have the Reynolds oven roasting bags, add flour to the bag as per the instructions and then add chicken spices and sauce of your choice- duck sauce, BBQ, sweet chili etc or just plain chicken broth and spices etc. For an all in one dish, add potato slices, sweet potato slices and carrot chunks. Bake as instructed on the box. The bag keeps the chicken really moist and cleanup is a breeze.

Buy pre-shaped burgers. I prefer fresh from the meat store or section but you can buy frozen. Broil, grill, or bake. Serve with buns and toppings.

Minute steak or chicken bottoms with cubed potatoes in the crockpot with spices. Put it up in the morning, go to work and come home to the smell of yummy dinner. Add fresh or frozen green beans or veggies of choice for the last half hour.

Stir fries are great - cut up chicken cutlets or pepper steak with chicken scissors and cook in large skillet or wok. Once cooked, add broccoli or string beans or another veggies. Add whatever sauce - honey bbq or teriyaki etc for flavor

Sheet pan dinners are great - put potatoes and veggies with oil and spices into oven for 15 minutes. Then take out and add salmon or chicken cutlets and bake everything for another 25 minutes or so.

You can do burgers - only takes a few minutes to shape and bake. Bake with frozen fries
