Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 eggs, veggies
Snack: fruit
Lunch: whole wheat melba toast, can tuna, veggies
Snack: fruit, whole wheat pretzels or popcorn, cheese
Dinner: chicken leg, brown rice, veggies
Snack: fruit

And drink lots of water throughout the day

3 meals a day
Coffee with almond milk mid afternoon

Breakfast
Fruit
2 eggs or 1/2 cup cottage cheese or 2
slices hard cheese
Almond Milk
Coffee No Sweetner

Lunch
Huge salad
Choice of protein
Tuna, Chicken, Steak, Edamame,
Cheese, Feta, etc
1 TBSP Olive oil

Snack Coffee with Almondmilk No sweetner

Dinner
Huge salad
Roasted Vegetable or Vegetable Soup
Choice of protein
Tuna, Chicken, Steak, Edamame,
Cheese, Feta, etc
1 TBSP Olive oil
