Just made and received my first order...and it doesn't fit. The item was around $80. I knew going in it was a risk, because everyone always says AliExpress is a risk. But they seem to have free returns and I'm wondering if there's a reason I shouldn't try to return?

If it says free returns you can definitely try. I've returned a couple of times but once I had a seller who denied the free returns and wouldn't respond to me

Same experience. The aggro and hassle is just not worth it with some sellers.

If the item says free returns it's pretty easy to process the return in my experience. If it doesn't specifically say free returns then it doesn't have that.

Shoot. Doesn't say free returns. I'm going to order a larger size, I guess I'll try to find someone who can use this one. (rabbit fur jacket that was linked here a couple of weeks ago...)
