I have a 14 month old who’s usually easy going but she screams like she’s in pain at the following times :
-Diaper changes
Bath time( even with very mild water)
Hair brushing (again I try to be super gentle)
Whenever I dress or undress her
-if I touch her head during bath time
Is this a sign of something? Do I need to have her evaluated by an ot ?

Oh just adding - this isn’t new she’s done this since she was a newborn. I just thought she’d eventually figure out that clothing changes don’t hurt … 🙁

Def sounds like she’s experiencing sensory overload
OT would be a great start
