Does your niece read in English and want reading material? Does she have hobbies? Is she in school ?

I just heard about transparent sticky notes. Sounds cool and never seen that here. Could be useful for a student.

I wouldn’t get her something that is considered cute and in style in the USA. Styles and trends are so different in Israel.
Last summer my teen girls wore their cute fannny packs they bought for the summer. This was something all the in style girls were wearing. A relative in Israel told them that they wouldn’t wear because it’s considered nerdy.
I think op should just stick with something useful instead of current style.
