I recently moved into a house with a whirlpool double wall oven. Whenever I make anything uncovered, the tops gets done way faster than the bottom and I end up with partially burned, partially raw food. Had this issue with challah and kugel so far. I lowered the top shelf but still having an issue and on the bottom shelf a. It’s not getting done b. I need both shelves usually. Any ideas how to make this work?

Rotate the pans midway, from top to bottom, and bottom to top.

I’ve been doing that but it’s a pain… I’m so busy with kids usually, I end up missing the mid-point. Never had this issue before with my regular range ovens.
