I have two questions:

1. Am I suppose to give a gift to a therapist at the last session when my child has “graduated.” This child has been seeing this therapist for a year weekly and bh is stopping after this month.
2. Am I suppose to give holiday gifts to my kids’ therapists (ot, speech, pt, mental health)?

Not in tristate area if makes a difference.

Most therapists are prohibited from accepting gifts because it's like brides. Maybe at the very end a thank you note but I would ask people in the area or if there's a receptionist or something like that. Ask if there is a policy in place
