Is it me that I’m just impatient and somewhat cranky sometimes but when a basement store has hours is it normal noones there to work and you need to knock on the front door for assistance. I know people have families as do I but if you’re open be there. No?

Not normal. Open hours should mean someone is there to help you. Otherwise whats the point?
