Help! Braun processor is stuck!

I'm in the midst of making a fresh potato kugel, all is ready in the braun bowl, but it wouldn't lock into the base, so I'm stuck! All ingredients are in and I can't get to lock it in to start, help please!

1. Check for debris in the crevices in the base.

2.Check the outside of the bowl and lid for debris. Check for damage to the latching parts.

3. Empty out the bowl, wash it, and try to mount it when it's empty.

Try emptying the contents and see if you could lock it in when it’s empty .
