You can happily live in RBS aleph. All types and plenty of people have non religious or less religious children or children that have their own derech and they are accepted.

I would not suggest the other neighborhoods in RBS because they are either very close minded or very young communities where you and your children wouldn't have any peers/friends.

Why not ramat shilo? Or nofei Aviv? Or sheinfed?

RBS Aleph depends what street. Some streets are very chareidi.

Ramat Shilo for sure! I've seen people get in and out of cars there on shabbos. In my mind it is part of RBS A.

The other two areas could work also but are smaller.

My point is, even in the more chareidi areas of aleph, nobody blinks twice if someone doesn't look or act religious. That is not necessarily the case in some other areas. Other areas that are open minded, like neve shamir, are too young for OP.

Neveh shamir has older families.
Forgot about that.

If you live on Uriah or Achziv people will not be happy if they see not religious people there.

Chavakuk in Gimmel can work too. It's a beautiful little community there
