Anyone here selling clothes or other specifically Frum items? I’m wondering if between prices going up and people struggling more, are you selling less? Selling more when the items are reduced?
I’m honestly worried that this recession will have a trickle down effect on the entire Frum economy we worked so hard to build, and that would be such a shame.

I shop sales every end of season, and the frum stores definitely have way more stuff on sale this year. I never managed to find all sizes I need, now I'm barely having an issue.

On a personal note I’m wondering if I should maybe cut down on buying from dept stores like H&M and target and support Frum business instead. Maybe my frugality is misplaced in this instance and my money should go towards Frum families rather than big corporations.
I’m still mulling this over

I actually see that one brand reduced their prices for the new spring line. I guess they must’ve realized that will bring more sales.

Could be! I’m not so familiar. I don’t see other brands being cheaper.

Any money you save from shopping in regular stores goes to a frum family - to your family.

Clothing in the jewish stores definitely went up.
I got a set( top and skirt) last year from from a cheaper brand which cut my dd well and was well priced this year I see they're selling the sets for $30 more. It's disappointing.

Obviously this would only be a question if my family can handle the extra expense. I don’t generally like spending a lot on clothes but I won’t go broke if I pay 40$ instead of 10-20$ on a top.

Wait for sale I guess. Petite Clair now has a baby short set for 108$. I rubbed my eyes to be sure. Never seen these prices by them.

Store owner here! I do not find people are shopping less. Brands have really tried not to raise prices much, even though costs of producing is increasing along with everything else. Open to any other questions!

I noticed most brands tried not to raise prices. I appreciate that and they deserve our business even though we can maybe find in h&m for a few dollars cheaper. Petite clair prices are inflated this season and I have a feeling it will affect them. I think pastel had to lower their prices because people stopped buying so much from them.
