Last week the cholent was pretty well done when I left it on low but keep warm definitely isn’t very hot. Is it ok to leave it on that for shabbos and cholent will still be good?

No don't! I did it once! It's not worth it. It's not gonna be hot ... keep on low and it'll be perfect

No. It keeps food at an unsafe temperature which means it's perfect for bacteria to grow.

Thank you all. I ended up keeping it on low and it was fine. I just added some water so it doesn’t burn.

Has anyone figured out the best amounts of beans/water for a 6 qt Oval Hamilton Beach crockpot?

I dont measure beans and 5 cups of water makes Chulent too watery, 4 cups of water, too dry. But because I dont measure beans exactly, every week the texture is different. I think 4 cups of water has worked when I dont add potatoes. This week the potatoes may have absorbed too much water.
