Anyone have any experience applying for this? Both me and my husband are working. Is this also only for low income?

It IS for low income.

Contact an ACS Daycare - they may be able to tell you if you are eligible and how to apply.

You should definitely apply. It's a new program for two working parents.

If you think about it, it’s pretty obvious that the NY government does not consider an unborn child to be a human being.
