Ate up child’s leftover bread - 3 bites
Grilled Cheese wrap with tomatoes and jalapeños.
Sliced peppers
Klein’s diet ice cream bar. 50cal
Slice Veg kugel
Apple
1/2 plate veg soup
1 Sliced cheese
Shakshuka
2 lattes
Leftover Shabbos cholent and yapchik
It’s embarrassing 🙈🙈🙈
I’m thinking what I missed 🤔

Breakfast: Mezonos bread, eggs, cheese

Lunch: Slice of pizza

Snack: 1/4 apple danish

Dinner: Shabbos leftovers- chicken soup, meat, shnitzel, kugel, and made a fresh salad with greens and beets and tomatoes

Snack: 2 pieces dried mango

Not a great day. Sundays are hard because I’m home eating what the kids are…

gefen noodle soup (I have a sore throat, I usually don't eat these but wanted something hot..)

Dinner - 2 turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread.

I’m craving all of the unhealthy things all of you are so ashamed of eating after reading this thread.

I didn't eat enough today and now it's 1230 and I can't sleep. I'm hungry. I hate when this happens. I want to sleep now, not eat.
Going to eat a banana and some crackers and peanut butter. I'm so frustrated at myself. Shldnt skip lunch next time

Scrambled eggs and salad.

1/4 cup coffee, Klik chocolate.

Cottage cheese and pretzels.

20 Honey glazed almonds, 4 chocolate rum balls, 5 cherry sours TMI

Scrambled egg again, with pretzels, olives and lettuce.

More pretzels... 2 bbq potatoes chips. (this went straight back out...)

I'm pregnant, so I eat small amounts of everything, have a hard time keeping down some food, (eating it anyways Sad ), and crave all the time...
Whenever I don't eat, I suck on candies

Same...BUT I wasn't hungry at 7, or 8, or 9.... now it's 11:30 and I'm very hungry.

I'm going to try to sleep.

If I can't, I'll probably eat cheese.

Don't be!

We all have healthier and less successful days.

I try to eat wholesome and healthy but I had a birthday party this week and although I was conscious of my food choices, I ate fried, cheesy carby foods.

I told myself the next few days would be better and it was!
