Looking for ideas of strong boy names that are easy to pronounce in the US but don’t sound too “translated” (aka not Jacob, Sam, Isaac, etc).

Names on our list so far are Avi, Ezra, Ari, Levi, Eli.

Any other similar ideas?

Thanks!

Gideon

Shimshon (he was literally a gibor!)

Yehuda - strong, but not as easy to pronounce. Can call him Yudi.

Dan - easy but not particularly strong.

Edited to add more names.

As far as I know, Avi, Ari, & Eli are all nicknames, they are not actually names themselves. You could give the full name as the Hebrew name and put the nickname on the birth certificate, but I wouldn’t give them as his only name.
