There are lots of mediterranean diet cookbooks but are written by non-jews./ non kosher ingredients
Any one who knows a book written by jewish author?
Also, if yes, whats you're review on it if u have it?

Both Joyce Goldstein and Claudia Roden have Mediterranean cookbooks. Goldstein's is called The New Mediterranean Jewish Table and Roden's is just called Claudia Roden's Mediterranean Cookbook.
However why does it have to be frum. For the most part the recipes are kosher or easily made kosher since mediterranean cuisine doesn't cook with a lot of dairy products for the most part and those are easily avoided.
There are loads of really great cookbooks in that style. For example America's Test Kitchen has an exhaustive cookbook and their recipes generally have excellent results
