I want to start babysitting. A very small group 2 or 3 kids. I want to give each kid lot of attention and take proper care.
I live in NY
How much can I charge
I want to charge 1000 per month or 10 per hour.
Is that realistic?

Depends where you live. Where I live, 1000 a month is reasonable/ on the cheap side for such a small group. In towns where $6 or $7 for a group of 5-15 is the norm, it may be harder to find people willing to pay that (although you'll probably find a few looking for the small group)

I think someone who is not in financial distress would be very happy to have a small group and clean caring babysitter no matter the price. I know someone who charges a lot and she does this little extras like texting a pic of baby when they're happy and etc. It means a lot to mom's when they're calm with babysitter. Lots of luck

My babysitter watches 3 kids and charges 8/hour. My previous babysitter charged 10/hour. I would happily pay for either of if means my baby is in a small group and is well taken care of. For reference, located in Flatbush.
